What is ParentZone?

ParentZone is an award winning smartphone app for parents. Parents can access information about their child’s day at a time that suits them best. ParentZone increases partnership with parents by allowing two way communication between parents and your nursery.

Why do we use ParentZone?

By using this system, our busy parents can log in and find out about their child’s day wherever they are. The convenience of viewing observations and events as soon as they are published, gives parents complete peace of mind. Even those parents that aren’t able to collect their child themselves can have a better connection to the setting and get more involved in their child’s learning.

How can parents get involved? 

Parents are encouraged to comment on observations posted to their child’s learning journey so you don’t need to wait until parents' evening to get feedback. Your parents can even upload their own observations from their time outside of nursery to give you a more complete view of a child’s learning experiences. Receiving observations from home will give practitioners more information to use in planning activities and next steps and will strengthen bonds with the family.

How can I access the ParentZone system?

You will be provided with a unique user name and password to your child’s learning journey, so you can view at any time what your child is achieving during their time in nursery. An email will be sent to your supplied email address which will allow you to register and create a password.
